Children’s Market at the Downtown Milford Farmers Market
2026 Downtown Milford Farmers Market: July 18 Children’s Market Edition
Event Details:
When: Saturday, July 18 | 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Farmers Market runs every Satruday until October 17)
Where: Wasson Field, 108 W Main St, Milford, CT
Admission: Free and open to the public.
Join the Downtown Milford Business Association at Wasson Field for a Saturday celebration centered on the next generation! While you shop for the freshest Connecticut-grown produce, meats, and artisan goods, your children can explore, play, and lead in our immersive Children’s Market.
Market Highlights:
Children’s Market Day: A special Saturday dedicated to kid-led adventures, hands-on learning, storytime, and farm animal visits.
Piglets Club: A season-long initiative where kids (6+) learn about healthy eating habits and agriculture through hands on activities. At the end of each activity, they earn $1 tokens each Saturday to pick and buy their own fresh fruits and vegetables. (In partnership with The Giggling Pig of Milford.) Sign up for $25, more spots are open.
Farm-Fresh Produce: Locally grown fruits, vegetables, dairy, meats, and farm-raised goods.
50+ Vendors: Sustainable clothing, baby accessories, home décor, pet products, local art and more.
Food Trucks & Treats: Coffee, matcha, breakfast, brunch, gluten-free baked goods, BBQ, and seasonal favorites.
Live Music: Local performers every Saturday morning.
Inclusivity: We proudly accept SNAP, WIC, and senior vouchers.

Join the Downtown Milford Business Association for Free Outdoor Movie Nights every Wednesday in July in Milford, CT. Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and favorite snacks for a family-friendly evening under the stars, all ages are welcome. This is a family friendly event.
