The Association Officers are responsible for the supervision, control, and direction of the affairs of the Association. The Board is comprised of five annually elected officers in addition to the President of the Milford Chamber of Commerce, which is considered an ex-officio officer.
The elected Officers are members in good standing and consist of the President, President-elect, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
The Officers serve a term of one year based on a calendar year from February 1 through January 31. Officers are elected at the annual meeting of the association In January.
